USA Online Shopping Mall Vendor Agreement

This Agreement is for signing up vendors to sell their products via a US-based online shopping mall network.

• The vendor must make sure that all products are legal for sale and export to the countries where the shopping network's customers reside.
• The vendor pays a transaction fee to the shopping network for each order.
• The contract template contains provisions for shipping by the online mall or by the vendor, whichever is applicable.
• The network will pay the vendor the net revenues from each month's sales, less the transaction fees and the amount of any refunds, shipping and handling and other costs payable to the network.
