British Columbia Acknowledgement of Individual Purchaser

Individuals purchasing shares under a private placement offering in British Columbia must complete this Form 20A (IP) Acknowledgement of Individual Purchaser.

• The purchaser states that he/she is aware of the risks involved in the investment.
• The purchaser must acknowledge that no securities commission has reviewed the merits of the securities, and that there is no insurance covering the securities, and that he/she may lose their investment.
• The purchaser acknowledges that because the securities are not being purchased under a prospectus, he/she will not have the civil remedies usually available.

If you're doing a private share placement in B.C., you'll need to get your investors to sign the Form 20A (IP) Acknowledgement of Individual Purchaser. Download a copy immediately after purchase.
