Services Contract - Transport and Delivery of Hotel Patrons - Taxi

This Services Contract - Transport and Delivery of Hotel Patrons - Taxi is an employment contract whereby Hotelier hires Contractor, and Contractor agrees to work for and provide services to Hotelier under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the parties. Contractor acknowledges that its status is that of an independent contractor and that it is not an agent, partner, joint venturer nor employee of Hotelier.
