Separation and Child Custody and Property Settlement Agreement

The parties are separated and living apart. The parties agree that both persons are proper individuals to have permanent legal and physical custody, care and control of the minor children of the parties. Therefore, both parties will have joint legal custody of the minor children. The agreement also states that the husband shall have reasonable visitation rights and will pay child support to the mother on a monthly basis.
