Sales Receipt

A sales receipt is basically a document that contains all the summarized particulars of the sales transactions. A sales receipt should contain the following elements.

" The particulars of the goods sold;
" The particulars of the payment such as check number;
" The date of the transaction;
" Total and Taxes;
" The signature of the sales person; and
" The signature of the consumer.
