Release of Claims and Termination of Noncompetition Agreement

This form provides that a previous employer of the releasee desires to acquit and discharge the releasee from all claims it may have had against the releasee as a result of his/her employment. The parties also agree that a non-competition agreement will be terminated and will have no force or effect upon the releasee.
