Option to Lease Real Estate - Short form for recording

This form is an option to lease real estate. This short form is recorded to serve as public notice. This form serves as notice to the lessor of the exercise of the option during the term as provided in the long form will convert the option into a contract to lease. The lease, when and if executed, would extend upon exercise of all options for a period not to exceed a certain number of years from the effective date. (more...)
