Oil, Gas and Mineral Royalty Transfer

This Oil, Gas and Mineral Royalty Transfer where Assignor to conveys to Assignee all of its right, title and interest in all units, wells and real property standing in the property described by this agreement. Assignee pays the taxes but the royalty intereset is free and clear of all operating costs and expenses, developing and drilling costs. This agreement can be used in all states. (more...)
