Notice to Terminate Services Agreement and Return File

This form is a letter by which a client of an attorney or law firm terminates the services of the recipient and demands that the case file be handed over to the client for a move to another attorney. Appropriate when attorney-client relationship has broken down and client wishes to seek the services of another attorney. Contractual consequences and legal deadlines may apply, terminating the services of an attorney should not be approached lightly. (more...)
