Notice of Termination or Cancellation of a UCC Sales Agreement for the sale of Goods or Personal Property

The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) has been adopted in whole or in part by the legislatures of all 50 states. Termination of an agreement occurs when the agreement is ended by either party by virtue of an authority or power granted by the agreement or by a principle of law.
