Notice of Hearing

Defendants state that they will bring an action before the court for a hearing and plaintiff is invited to participate. The notice of hearing contains the name of the judge, the time of the hearing, and the name of the courthouse. The form also contains a Certificate of Service which states that the attorney for the defendants served a correct copy of the notice of hearing by U.S. Mail to plaintiff's counsel. (more...)
