Private Sewer System Disclosure (Minnesota)
Before signing an agreement to sell or transfer real property, the Seller must disclose information in writing to the Buyer about the status and location of any private sewer system on the property. This requirement is satisfied by delivering to the Buyer either a statement by the Seller (included in the regular Disclosure, form MN-37014) that the Seller does not know of any private sewer system on the property, or a disclosure statement indicating the location, type, status and other details of the private sewer system.
