Metal - Detecting Agreement

This form is a temporary permission for search using a metal detector on another person's property. Liability of landowner is limited, and searcher is allowed to keep anything found (unless prohibited by operation of law). Presumably some consideration, monetary or otherwise is exchanged by the metal detecting person, for the right to search the land. Adapt to fit your circumstances. (more...)
