Maintenance Contract for Personal Computers

A maintenance contract is an agreement whereby the owner or lessee contracts with another party to maintain and repair the property owned or leased property during the term of the agreement in exchange for a payment or regular payments. A computer software maintenance contract is a contract that obligates a vendor of computer software to provide a customer with future updates or upgrades to computer software, support services with respect to computer software or both.
