Letter to Client - Withdrawal of Representation

This letter informs a client that his/her representing law firm had effectively withdrawn its services. The letter states that the client has an outstanding balance and because of the clients failure to make scheduled payments, the law firm has advised the client to obtain other legal representation. The client is also informed that if the law firm does not hear from the new counsel in ten days, the law firm will file a motion to withdraw with the court. (more...)
