Letter Notice

This is a sample letter to inform the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States ("CFIUS") of the pending acquisition by a foreign corporation of control over a United States corporation. The purpose of the letter is to show that the parties to the acquisition do not believe that there is any significant national security interest in the transaction.
