Indemnification Agreement for Property Survey

Contractor intends to perform certain surveying services for client involving subdividing property into lots; and contractor shall be the disclosed agent of client in the preparation and design of a survey subdividing property into smaller lots and the design and location of improvements, including drainage at the direction of client. Client desires to indemnify contractor pursuant to the terms of Agreement in order to induce contractor to perform the requested services. (more...)
