General Home Repair Services Contract - Short Form - Self-Employed

This is an agreement between a homeowner and an independent contractor who will make general home repairs as detailed in the contract. Detailed contract provisions are not included in this Agreement. Please note that this Agreement is intended for general use. Your state law may require that additional or different provisions be included for agreements between a homeowner and a contractor for work on the home.
