Exclusive Agency or Agent Agreement - Actor

This agreement is entered into by a manager and an actor/actress in which the actor/actress desires to obtain development and enhancement in his/her career. The actor/actress engages the manager as his/her sole and exclusive personal manager in the entertainment, amusement, music, recording and literary fields, throughout the world.
