Contract Assignment

This agreement allows the assignor to assign, sell, convey, and transfer all of assignor's interest in a particular contract to assignee. Assignee agrees to hold harmless and indemnify assignor for such liens, claims or encumbrances. Assignor represents and warrants that his/her interest in the contract subject to this assignment is free of liens, claims or encumbrances of any kind by third parties. (more...)
