Consulting Agreement - Information Technology - Detailed

Consultant wishes to provide certain professional/managerial services to the client. The company agrees to pay the consultant in accordance with the fees set forth in the agreement. The consultant agrees to submit to the project manager an itemized monthly invoice for the services rendered on an hourly basis by labor category.
