Complex Guaranty Agreement to Lender

This form states that the guarantor agrees, as the principal obligor and not as a guarantor only, to pay to the lender upon demand, in immediately available federal funds, all costs and expenses, including court costs and reasonable legal expenses, incurred or expended by the lender in connection with the enforcement of this Agreement, together with interest on amounts recoverable under this Agreement, from the time such amounts that become due until payment, at the rate of interest from time to time in effect under the note.
