Certificate by Interpreter as to Translation of a Release

The following form is a certificate by an interpreter who interpreted a release to someone who did not speak English. The interpreter certifies that the translator correctly and accurately interpreted the document from the English language into the mother tongue of the person signing the release as the releasor. The translator further certifies that the releaser understood the contents of the release and that the releasor executed the release as his/her free act and deed. (more...)
