Attorney Certificate of Title Form

The following certificate of title states that the responsible attorney certifies that he/she has conducted a careful examination of all the applicable public records found in the offices of the Land Records Recorder, Judgment recorder, and Tax Assessor. Fee simple title to the land will be granted by virtue of a warranty deed. The form also includes clauses that discuss easements and tax liens. (more...)
