Agreement by Self-Employed Independent Contractor or Subcontractor Not to Bid Against Painting General Contractor

This form deals with a situation whereby a painting contractor is engaged in subcontracting out certain types of projects. This contractor engages various subcontractors to bid on such projects for and on behalf of contractor with the understanding that subcontractor will complete such projects as the subcontractor of contractor.
