Agreement by both Parties to the Termination or Cancellation of a UCC Sales Agreement
The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) has been adopted in whole or in part by the legislatures of all 50 states. Termination of an agreement occurs when the agreement is ended by either party by virtue of an authority or power granted by the agreement or by a principle of law. The effect of a termination is to discharge all obligations that are executory at the time of discharge, although any right based on a prior breach or performance can be enforced.
