As a member of AccessMyRecords, you can create your own personal healthcare profile; store, organize and update your healthcare and legal records.

When you need your life saving need to know medical information in an instance, it can be accessed from the Emergency Medical Records login section of the website which includes a Personal Identification Photo; Emergency Contacts; Family Physicians; Allergies and Medications; Medical Conditions; Past Surgeries; Healthcare Insurance Providers; Healthcare Power of Attorney and Living Will. These records cannot be altered in anyway by anyone other than the Member.

This information can now be available to doctors, hospitals, emergency personnel. Our service separates your need to know information from all of your personal health records which saves critical time and potential mistakes in an Emergency. We also provide an automated email service that alerts Members when their prescription medications are due for renewal. (more...)
