Absolute Release With Covenants

The releasors, the natural parents of a minor, discharge and acquit the releasees from all actions arising out of an injury sustained by the minor child when he/she was struck in the face by an air conditioning vent which fell out of the wall of an apartment. The form also provides that the release contains the entire agreement between the parties and the terms of the release are contractual and not a mere recital. (more...)
