Real Estate License Agreement
If you want to let someone else use your property-for parking, to install vending machines or for some other use-you can create a Real Estate License Agreement to earn some cash from the deal. If you are the one who wants to use the property, there's usually no such thing as a freebie in real estate. You can come to a fair arrangement with a Real Estate License Agreement.
Use the Real Estate License Agreement document if:
- You own property that you'll let someone else use.
- You want to use someone else's property.
- You're the manager of a company that owns a lot of prime real estate.
