Information Release
If you run a business and you're about to hire a new employee, and want to check their work history, you can use an Information Release. This document allows every person and organization listed on an application to provide information; it is a statement signed by the applicant which authorizes the release of the relevant information.
Use the Information Release document if:
- You're beginning the hiring process for a new employee, and want to check information listed in their application.
- You're on the job hunt and want to give certain people and organizations permission to share your information.
- The HR department is revamping, and you're in charge of new hire documentation.
