Freedom of Information Request
You may be entitled to information from federal agencies, but first you may need to send a Freedom of Information Request. The Freedom of Information Act requires certain federal agencies to disclose previously withheld information when requested. A Freedom of Information Request is a formal document that can help you get the information you want.
Use the Freedom of Information Request document if:
- You want information from a federal agency.
- You regularly apply for government funding, and want possible legal documents ready to go.
