End User License Agreement
If you're in the business of creating computer software, you can use an End User Licence Agreement to licence the software to a user rather than selling a physical copy. With an End User Licence Agreement, the user does not "own" a copy of the software. This document helps ensure that you, as the copyright owner, are able to prevent the user from profiting from the re-sale of your software.
Use the End User License Agreement document if:
- You create software and wish to license its use, rather than sell it to a user.
- You sell software or offer it for download.
