Confirmation of Enrollment
If you need to prove that you're a college student, you can use a Confirmation of Enrollment. With this document you can confirm you're enrolled in classes, which is often necessary to qualify for family health insurance. Often, a copy of your student ID won't be sufficient; with a Confirmation of Enrollment you can provide written proof of your status.
Use the Confirmation of Enrollment document if:
- You need to provide proof of student status for an insurance policy.
- You've been asked for enrollment evidence for a scholarship, fellowship, or to get a discount.
- You want to allow your college or university to release your information.
