Complete Will for Same-Sex Couples
If you're in a same-sex relationship and want to help ensure that your partner and children are taken care of, you can use a Complete Will for Same-Sex Couples to help protect your interests. (Even if your state does not allow same-sex marriage.) You can help make sure your partner is your beneficiary, or among multiple beneficiaries, if you die.
