Western Australia Notice of Termination of Tenancy

Notify a tenant that you are terminating their tenancy with this Western Australia Notice of Termination of Tenancy form.

The Notice must be served on the tenant by the landlord pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 1987. This form is to be used in the event of:

• any breach by the tenant of the tenancy agreement OTHER than for non-payment of rent,
• a sale of the property to a purchaser who does not intend to rent the premises,
• the destruction or appropriation of the premises,
• the right of the owner to give notice without specifying any grounds for termination.
