Western Australia Notice of Intended Inspection
WA landlords, if you plan to enter a rental unit to inspect it as provided in the Western Australia Residential Tenancies Act 1987, you must first serve your tenant with this Notice of Intended Inspection.
The form includes copies of Section 46 of the Act which sets out the acceptable reasons for an inspection, and Section 85 of the Act covering proper service of notices.
