Washington Notice of Termination by Landlord

Washington landlords, if you are terminating the rental agreement of a tenant, serve him/her with this Notice of Termination by Landlord, pursuant to the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.

This notice is to be used for a tenancy under a rental agreement where no specific expiry date is designated.
The tenant is notified that the tenancy will be terminated on the date specified in the Notice, and the tenant is required to vacate (quit) the premises by that date.
A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice is served on the tenant.
