Washington Notice of Abandonment
Washington landlords, if your tenant has abandoned the rental premises, serve him/her with this
Notice of Abandonment, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.
- The tenant is notified that s/he is in default of the rental payment and the landlord believes the premises to be abandoned.
- The landlord has taken possession of any of the tenant's property found at the rental unit and the tenant has 45 days to claim the property or the landlord will sell or dispose of the items.
- A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
