• This is not an eviction. This Agreement is for situations in which both the landlord and tenant agree to terminate the lease early for specific reasons.
• This form is only for residential tenants. A different form is required for commercial tenancies.
• The tenant agrees to pay the landlord a specified sum as an early buy-out fee.
