Utah Notice to Tenant of Tenancy Termination for Tenancy At Will

Utah landlords, if you and your tenant are not renewing the tenant's tenancy at will, you must serve the tenant with this Notice to Tenant of Tenancy Termination for Non-renewal of Tenancy at Will.

The Notice advises the tenant that the tenancy at will will not be renewed, and requires the tenant to vacate the premises within 5 days of receipt of the notice or the landlord has the right to commence eviction proceedings.
This form of termination notice is ONLY for periodic tenancies (tenancies at will), which are not for a fixed term but run from one rental period to the next, such as month to month or week to week.
A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
