UK Notice Requiring Possession (AST Fixed Term)

Before retaking possession of a rental premises at the end of a fixed term tenancy, you must serve the tenant with this Notice Requiring Possession, under Section 21(1)(b) of the Housing Act 1988.

• This form of Notice is only to be used for a fixed term assured shorthold tenancy.
• The notice period must be at least two months, and notice must be given on or before the day on which the fixed term comes to an end.
• This form can only be used in England and Wales.
