Queensland Notice to Remedy Breach
QLD landlords and tenants, if the other party to your tenancy agreement has breached the terms of the agreement, serve him/her with this Queensland Notice to Remedy Breach form.
- This form can be used by the landlord, the landlord's agent, or the tenant.
- The party giving notice notifies the defaulting party that it has breached one or more of the terms of the tenancy, and specifies a date by which the breach must be remedied.
- The form includes instructions as to how the Notice must be completed and served on the defaulting party.
