QLD tenants, terminate your tenancy by serving your landlord with this Queensland Notice of Intention to Leave by Tenant (Form 13).

• The Notice is given in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act of Queensland 1994.
• The Notice informs the landlord that the tenant intends to vacate the premises, with or without grounds.
