Queensland Abandonment Termination Notice

QLD landlords, if you believe that your tenant has abandoned the rental premises, serve him/her with this Abandonment Termination Notice.

• The notice must be served in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1994.
• The tenant is notified that the landlord is terminating the tenancy because it appears that the premises have been abandoned.
• The form includes instructions for how to complete and serve the Notice.
