PEI Notice of Termination by Lessee (Tenant)
You have to give your landlord proper notice before you move out. Serve them with this Notice of Termination by Lessee of Rental Agreement as required by the Prince Edward Island Rental of Residential Property Act.

- The Notice must be completed and served as described in Section 11 of the Act and Section 5 of the Regulations to the Act.
- If you don't give proper notice, your landlord may be able to claim damages against you.
