Oregon Notice for Cause Termination

Oregon landlords, do you have valid grounds for terminating your tenant's rental agreement? In order to start the process, you must serve the tenant with a Notice for Cause Termination.

The Notice informs the tenant that he/she is in violation of the rental agreement, and has a specified number of days to remedy the violation.
If the violation is not remedied within the time allotted, the rental agreement will be terminated and the tenant must vacate the premises.
A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
