Ohio Notice to Quit

Ohio landlords, do you have grounds to kick your tenant out? Before you can evict, you must serve the tenant with a Notice to Quit, in accordance with State residential tenancy laws.

The Notice informs the tenant that he/she must vacate the premises by the date specified in the Notice, and sets out the reasons the landlord is terminating the tenancy.
If the tenant does not vacate by the specified date, the landlord will commence legal action to evict.
A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
