Ohio Notice to Quit
Ohio landlords, do you have grounds to kick your tenant out? Before you can evict, you must serve the tenant with a
Notice to Quit, in accordance with State residential tenancy laws.
- The Notice informs the tenant that he/she must vacate the premises by the date specified in the Notice, and sets out the reasons the landlord is terminating the tenancy.
- If the tenant does not vacate by the specified date, the landlord will commence legal action to evict.
- A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
