If you operate a residential park in New South Wales, you must provide tenants in the park with this Residential Park Living Guide.

• This free publication is distributed by the NSW Office of Fair Trading for owners and operators of manufactured home estates, relocatable home parks, mobile home villages and caravan parks.
• Landlords are required to provide a copy of the guide to tenants in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and Residential Tenancies Regulation 1995.
