NSW Notice of Termination for Breach of Tenancy Agreement

If your tenant has failed to comply with the terms of the tenancy, it's time to serve him/her with this Notice of Termination for Breach of Tenancy Agreement, in accordance with the New South Wales Residential Tenancies Act 1987.

• The tenant is notified that the breach must be remedied within a specified time frame, failing which the tenancy agreement will be terminated and the tenant must vacate the premises.
• If the tenant does not vacate the premises after the termination, the landlord may apply to the Tenancy Tribunal for a termination and possession order.
• A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
