Nova Scotia Notice to Quit for Breach

If your tenant has breached a statutory condition of the lease or rental agreement, serve them with this Landlord's Notice to Quit for Breach, under subsections 10(7B) and (7C) of the Nova Scotia Residential Tenancies Act.
